We will interactive discuss in the class topics such as leadership in strategic management and globalised economies, approaches of leadership effectiveness, leadership that transforms the company from "good to great", leadership and generation Y or leadership in competitive decision making and negotiations, team leadership and leading with emotional, social and cultural intelligence. Exam The final grade is determined by the successful completion of a written examination with a duration of 90 minutes. Exam in English language. All topics dealt with in class are relevant for the exam.
